How to reduce weight at home after pregnancy.

So, I will tell you today how we can lose weight at home after pregnancy, but instead of losing your body weight, first of all give time to your body for heal because after the delivery a woman face has a lot of problem at the time of delivery and she has a lot of weakness, then exercise or weight loss immediately after delivery can be harmful, so first give time to your body.

These are some tips that you can start in a few days after pregnancy.

1. Breastfeeding

Breastfeeding your baby during the first 1 Year (or a very long time) of life has many benefits for both you and your baby.


Breastfeeding Provide nutrition your baby, Supports the baby’s immune system, Lowers the risk of disease in infants.


And for mother's breastfeeding to reduce weight because of all the calories we intake from a healthy diet, it comes out through to breastfeeding your baby. Therefore it helps to lose bodyweight and reduce the mother's risk of disease. Like -  type 2 diabetes, breast cancer.

2. Eat a healthy diet and add cumin seed in your Diet

After having a baby, we cannot follow any diet, so we have to take a healthy diet first because breastfeeding children are provided with a healthy diet, but you can add cumin seed in your diet it helps you lose weight and it will also boost your breastfeeding.


However, in the first 3 months of breastfeeding, you may not experience any weight loss or some weight gain. This is due to increased caloric needs and intake, as well as reduced physical activity during breastfeeding.

3. Take food high in fiber and proteins

It's time to get those healthy grains and vegetables on your shopping list. Eating fiber-rich foods helps in weight loss.
Including protein in your diet can boost metabolism, reduce hunger, and reduce calorie intake.
1. Egg
2. Green Vegetables
3. Ghee (Clarified Butter)
4. Salad
5. Sweet Potato
6. Nuts & Seed
7. Brown Rice
8. Fat-Free Milk

Now are some tips that you can start 2 months after pregnancy.

When you feel your body is recovered and you have them ready to all do this then you can start this.


1. Eat Cumin seed and drink plenty of water in the Morning

Soak a spoon of cumin seed in a glass of water at night. Then boil that water in the morning until it is half. After that, you filter that water and eat cumin seed and add 1 tablespoon honey and half lemon in left boiled water and drink it. After drink this water please don't eat anything minimum of 1 hour.

2. Avoid added sugar, refind curbs, Junk food and cold things

Although they can be enticing, sugar, refined carbs and junk food are high in calories and usually low in nutrients. And there are healthy and tasty options.

Research associates high amounts of added sugar and refined carbs and junk food with increases in weight, diabetes, heart disease, some cancers and even cognitive decline. So please avoid this thing.

3. Drink enough water -  (Normal or lukewarm)

Stay hydrated, drinking enough water is important for anyone trying to lose weight. CDC Trusted sources state that choosing water over just one 20-ounce sweet drink can save you 240 calories.

However, for breastfeeding women, there is no question that staying hydrated is important to replace lost fluids through milk production.

A common recommendation by health officials is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses, which is up to half a gallon or about 2 liters.

4. Get enough Sleep

Lack of sleep can negatively affect your weight. A research reviewed source reported that lack of sleep is related to maintaining overweight after pregnancy.

For new mothers, getting enough sleep can be a challenge. Strategies that can help include seeking help from family and friends and limiting your caffeine intake.

Don't forget this: Your health is just as important for the health of the child, so ask for help to get the sleep you need.

5. Drink Coffee without sugar - ( Black Coffee )

Fortunately, people are realizing that coffee is a healthy beverage that is loaded with antioxidants and other beneficial compounds.

Coffee drinking may support weight loss by increasing energy levels and the number of calories you burn.

Caffeinated coffee can increase your metabolism by 3–11% and reduce the risk of developing type-2 diabetes by 23–50%. If you drink black coffee before any workout or exercise and more help to lose weight.

6. Exercise  & Workout

Cardio - 

Shaking your body has a lot of benefits in general, but can supercharge specifically to lose weight. Cardio, such as jogging, walking, running, cycling and interval training, helps you burn calories and has many health benefits.

Weight Lifting - 

Building and maintaining muscle is essential for all of us, especially as we age. And the earlier we start, the better it can reduce the risk of fracture from osteoporosis. It improves balance and increases energy levels.

Plank - 

Plank is a very good exercise for the whole body and for the tummy, its also called a (front hold, hover, or abdominal bridge).

Bend your elbows and rest your weight on your forearms instead of your hand. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulder to your ankles. and hold for this position 30 second to 1 minute.

Skipping

If you look at it, it’s simple, easy and a whole lot of fun, plus you get to burn a lot of calories while you are it. There are many individuals who leans toward skipping than running.

After becoming a mother its difficult to do exercise in the morning, so whenever you get time, you should do it but after 1 hour of eating.

The Bottom line

Lifting some extra weight after pregnancy is very common and nothing to go down on about yourself. Your body did an amazing job.

Being healthy allows you to enjoy time with your child and make the most of being a new parent.

The best and most appropriate way to lose weight is healthy diet, breastfeeding and exercise.
