HOW TO REMOVE ACNE

Skin inflammation is one of the most well-known skin issue in the whole world, influencing an expected 80% of individuals sooner or later in their lives.

Traditional acne treatments can be expensive and often have undesirable side effects such as dryness, redness, and irritation.


This has led many to see how to cure acne naturally at home. The internet is full of suggestions, but do natural remedies really work?

1. Make a Honey & Cinnamon Mask

2. Tea Tree oil

Tea tree oil is a popular option for treating acne due to its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. 

It is thought to soothe redness, swelling and inflammation. It can also help prevent and reduce acne scars, leaving you with smooth, clear skin.

How to use: 

1. Mix 1 part tea tree oil with 9 parts of water.
2. Dip cotton in a mixture of tea tree oil and water and apply it to affected areas.
3. Apply moisturizer if desired.
4. Repeat this process 1–2 times per day, as needed.


3. Green Tea

All the people drink Green tea for its health benefits, but it can help to remove acne when applying directly to the face. Green tea is very high in antioxidants.

Several studies have shown that applying 2-3% green tea extract on the skin significantly reduces sebum production and pimples in those with acne.

How to use: 

1. Add green tea in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Let the tea cool down.
3. Using a cotton ball, apply the tea to the skin or pour into a spray bottle to spray.
4. leave 15-20 minutes or allow to dry, then rinse and pat dry.


4. Aloe vera 

Aloe vera is a tropical plant whose leaves produce a clear gel.

It is commonly used for friction, rashes, burns, other skin conditions and hair loss.

Similarly, applying to the face has been proven to be an effective acne treatment.

How to use:

1. Scrape the gel out of the aloe plant with a spoon.
2. Apply the gel directly to cleanse the skin as a moisturizer.
3. Repeat 1-2 times per day, or as desired.


5. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is made from unfiltered juice from apple cider, or pressed apple.
It also helps to reduce belly fat.

In particular, succinic acid p. Acnes has been shown to suppress inflammation, which may prevent scars.

How to use:

1. Add 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water (use more water for sensitive skin).
2. After clean your face, gently apply the mixture to the skin using a cotton ball.
3. Let sit for 10-20 seconds, rinse with water and pat dry.
4. Repeat this process 1-2 times per day as needed.


6. Light Scrub (Exfoliate) Regularly

Exfoliation is the process of removing the upper layer of dead skin cells. This can be achieved mechanically using a brush or scrub to physically remove cells. Alternatively, it can be chemically removed by applying an acid that dissolves them.

How to make the scrub at home:

1. Mix 1 spoon sugar (or salt) and coconut oil.
2. Scrub skin with the mixture and rinse well.
3. Exfoliate as often as desired up to once daily.


7. Fish Oil Supplement 

Omega-3 fatty acids are incredibly healthy fats that provide a multitude of health benefits.
You should get these fats from your diet, but research shows that most people who eat a standard Western diet do not get enough of them.

EPA benefits the skin in many ways, including managing oil production, maintaining adequate hydration, and preventing acne.

High levels of EPA and DHA have been shown to reduce inflammatory factors, which may reduce the risk of acne.

In one study, 45 individuals with acne were given omega-3 fatty acid supplements daily containing both EPA and DHA. After 10 weeks, acne decreased significantly.


8. Reduce Stress

Hormones released during periods can increase sebum production and skin inflammation, which can make acne worse.

Way to reduce Stress 

1. Get more sleep
2. Engage in physical activity
3. Practice yoga
4. Care 
5. Take a deep breath



Now we discuss about some best acne treatment creams (GEL) but do not use that cream without the permission of the skin doctor.

2.Benzaclin (Pro)

This combination drug is used to treat a certain type of acne (inflammatory acne vulgaris). This helps reduce the number of acne pimples. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that inhibits the growth of acne-causing bacteria.

How to use:

1. Wash your face with a soap or face wash and pat it dry.
2. Apply a thin layer, rub it thoroughly and let it get absorbed.
3. Avoid touching and pressing the acne, pimple too firmly while using it.
4. Repeat it once daily morning or night or as directed by the physician.


3. Plum Green Tea Clear Spot-Light Gel

You can indeed use this product for both active acne and acne scars. The Green Tea Clear Spot-Light Gel.

How to use:

1. Clean your face with any cleanser.
2. Gently dab on affected areas and leave it on for at least 30 minutes before bed. 
3. Avoid using other skincare products post application for best results.


4. Acnestar Gel

This gel claims to effectively fight acne, pimples, whiteheads and blackheads. It contains clindamycin and nicotinamide, which are known for their anti-acne properties. It erases pimples and reduces it gradually. The best thing about the cream is that it also reduces the appearance of acne scars.

4. Repeat it daily at night or as directed by the physician.


5. Lotus Herbals Basiltone Cucumber


Lotus Herbal Basilon is a mixture of cucumber and basil clarifying and balancing toner cucumber extracts and basil leaf extracts that keep your skin refreshed and hydrated. This toner removes all makeup residues, pollution and excess oil from the skin and keeps the skin soft and supple.

Gets rid of acne and the contaminants present in your pores by reaching deep into the layers of your skin. Because I used this product daily at night, I personally recommended it.

How to use:

1. Wash your face and the affected area.
2. Apply on cleansed face and neck using cotton swabs or spray.
3. Gently rub skin in a circular motion. 
4. Repeat the process twice a day.
