2. Food For Better Immunity 


Probiotics like Yogurt, and aged food are additionally great sources to revive the creation of gut microbes. which is significant for supplement ingestion by the body. These are good options for boost your immunity system. 

Foods like mushrooms, tomato, and green vegetables like broccoli, spinach are  also good options to build strength in the body against infections.
